Everyone knows that training hard hurts, and that every so often the body needs some TLC.
I offer a massage therapy service that will help you get back to your full potential as quickly as possible. Be it after a long race, or just when your body is feeling a bit jaded a massage can help re-invigorate and re-vitalise tired limbs, and give you that mental boost you need.
Massage can also be used to relax aching muscles after a tough week hunched over in the office, or in these times around the dining table and I can also offer advice regarding posture and ensuring you have the optimum set up to keep in the best shape at work.
